When your Social Pin Point (formerly Hive) token expires, project admin should receive two emails with instructions on how to obtain a JWT token.

TIP

Do not confuse JWT token with the JWT password. Token is a long string (400+ characters).

To update token:

1. Navigate to Content > Feeds.
2. Find SPP File feed, click Edit.
3. Replace the token with the new one, keeping the word Bearer (with a space in front).
4. Click Save.
5. Repeat the process for Have Your Say feed.
