Alert
The Alert component displays important information to your users. Alerts can be used to notify users of system status, errors, warnings, or other important information.
Alerts can have buttons, links, and downloads, and can be customised with different colours, icons, and images.
Intro tab
Section titled “Intro tab”The Intro tab for the Alert component is different from other components. Its fields define the alert’s type, content, and design.
Alert Type
Section titled “Alert Type”Communicates urgent and high-priority information. Typically used for critical warnings, immediate actions required, or high-priority updates.
Provides advisory or instructional information. Commonly used for best practices, recommendations, and step-by-step instructions.
Delivers contextual and less urgent information such as status updates, informational messages, and confirmations.
Priority
Section titled “Priority”Severity
Section titled “Severity”Defines the semantic meaning and colour scheme of the alert.
Alert Title
Section titled “Alert Title”Optional. A brief summary of the alert.
Alert Text
Section titled “Alert Text”The main content of the alert. Keep it short and concise.
Buttons
Section titled “Buttons”Add call-to-action buttons to the alert.
Downloads
Section titled “Downloads”Attach downloadable files to the alert.
Appearance Admin
Section titled “Appearance ”Image or Video
Section titled “Image or Video”Add an image or video to the alert.
Replace the default icon with a custom SVG icon from the Media Library. Applicable for Alert and Notification types only.
