News articles are used to inform the public about recent updates, developments, and other news-worthy information.
Create NewsGive your news article a descriptive title that accurately describes the content. The title is displayed in the browser tab and in search engine results.
Choose the type of news article. Types can be used to filter news articles on listing pages (Views).
The main content of the news article. Use the WYSIWYG editor to format the text.
The publishing date shown to visitors. This can be different from the date the news article was created.
Image Set
Section titled “Image Set”Serves the same purpose as the Featured Image for a page.
Location
Section titled “Location”If the news article is related to a specific location, specify it here to have a map shown on the page. See Components > Location for usage instructions.
Content
Section titled “Content”If the Body WYSIWYG editor is not enough, you can add additional content using the Content field, which consists of more advanced components.
