Service
This content type is used to inform the public about the services provided by the council.
Create a new ServiceName of the service.
Service Name / Search
Section titled “Service Name / Search”Name of the service used for search and filtering. Terms that residents might look for when searching for this service.
Online
Section titled “Online”Indicates whether the service can be completed online without in-person attendance.
Frequently Accessed
Section titled “Frequently Accessed”Indicates whether the service is frequently accessed or searched for by residents.
Choose the type of the service. Service types can be used to filter services on listing pages (Views).
Depending on the type of the service, the content of the fields below may differ.
Category
Section titled “Category”Choose the category of the service. Service categories can be used to filter services on listing pages (Views).
Choose the topic of the service. Service topics can be used to filter services on listing pages (Views).
Documents
Section titled “Documents”Upload or link to external PDF documents and resources.
