The Media Library is the central place to manage all media assets — images, videos, and documents — used across the site.

From the Media Library you can:

• Upload new media files
• Search and filter existing media
• Edit or replace media files
• Delete media that is no longer in use

Reusing media

When you upload a file, it’s stored in the Media Library and can be reused across multiple pages. Always check the library before uploading a duplicate.

Uploading Media

1. Navigate to Content → Media in the admin menu
2. Click Add media and choose the type (Image, Video, Document, etc)
3. Upload the file or provide a URL
4. Fill in the alt text (for images) and any other required fields
5. Save

When selecting media from within a component, the Media Library dialog appears:

Focus Point

For images, you can set a focus point — the area of the image that should remain visible when the image is cropped at different aspect ratios on various screen sizes.

Tip

Set the focus point on the most important part of the image (e.g. a person’s face, a building, a key object) so it stays in frame across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts.
